How do I use the VoIP dialer?
To use the VoIP dialer:
  • Enter your name.
  • Type the dial-in number in the blue box or click or tap the dial-in number on the keypad.
  • Click Call and agree to allow access to your microphone.
  • When prompted, enter the access code followed by pound (#) to be connected to the conference.
What can I do to ensure the best call quality?
For best results, use headphones with the VoIP dialer and check your computer settings to be sure the correct microphone and speakers are selected. To avoid an echo or cancel background noise, mute by entering *6 on the dial pad or click Microphone.
Why should I use VoIP for my conference call?
Use VoIP when you do not want to use a mobile phone or landline to dial in to a conference call.
Can anyone use the VoIP dialer to join my conference?
Yes, hosts and participants can use the VoIP dialer to join a conference call.
Are there any costs for using VoIP?
No, there are no costs for using VoIP to join a conference call.
